Refund Policy

1. 7-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your subscription, we will refund 100% of your most recent payment if you request a refund within 7 days of that payment.

2. How to request a refund

  1. Email support@voxcess.com from the email address on your account.
  2. Include your order ID (visible in your account settings).
  3. Briefly describe the reason (helps us improve; not required).
  4. We will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

3. Eligibility

Refunds are eligible if:

  • The request is made within 7 days of the payment date.
  • You have not previously received a refund for the same product within the last 90 days.
  • Your account is not flagged for fraud, account sharing, or Terms violations.

4. Pro-rata refunds

For annual subscriptions cancelled mid-term and outside the 7-day window, we may offer a pro-rata refund minus a 15% administration fee, at our sole discretion.

5. Failed payments

Charges that fail or are reversed by your bank are automatically refunded; no action needed from you.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks without prior contact may result in account suspension and recovery costs.
