Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, downloading our applications, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

3. Your account

  • You are responsible for the security of your Google account used to sign in.
  • You may not share your account credentials. Each subscription permits use on one Windows device AND one Android device, simultaneously activated by the same Google account holder.
  • We may suspend accounts showing signs of unauthorized sharing (concurrent sessions on widely separated devices, repeated device unbinding, etc.).

4. Subscription & payment

  • Subscriptions are sold on monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual plans through Razorpay.
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Failed renewals trigger a 7-day grace period; access is suspended thereafter until payment succeeds.

6. License grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use our applications for personal, non-commercial purposes during your active subscription term. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer our applications.
  • Resell or sublicense your subscription.
  • Use the applications to develop competing products.
  • Bypass or attempt to bypass our license verification, HWID binding, or anti-fraud measures.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for unlawful purposes.
  • Submit malicious or excessive automated requests.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems.
  • Use our content (including question banks, lessons, and engines) outside the application.

8. Content ownership

All software, question banks, lessons, mathspeak engines, and trademarks are owned by Voxcess or its licensors. Practice data you generate (your scores, bookmarks, notes) belongs to you and is exportable on request.

9. Disclaimers

Our applications are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that practicing with our applications will result in passing any government examination. We are not affiliated with SSC, RRB, IBPS, or any other examination authority.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voxcess is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms with reasonable notice (immediate for severe violations such as fraud or abuse). You may terminate your account at any time via Settings > Sign Out > Delete Account, or by emailing support@voxcess.com.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Telangana, India.

13. Changes to these Terms

We will post the updated effective date at the top of this page when we make material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
