1. Acceptance

By creating an account, downloading our applications, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

3. Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure, whether you sign in with an email and password or with Google.
  • Your account is for you alone; please do not share your sign-in details. An account can be used on one Windows computer and one Android device at a time.
  • We may suspend accounts showing signs of unauthorized sharing (concurrent sessions on widely separated devices, repeated device unbinding, etc.).

4. Public beta

  • Our apps are in public beta. They work, but they may contain bugs, and features may change, be paused or be withdrawn between versions.
  • Please use them with care and keep your own copy of anything that matters to you.
  • We welcome reports of bugs, feature requests and suggestions, through Help, then Report a Bug inside an app, or through our contact form. We may use what you send us to improve our apps, without any obligation to you.

5. License grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use our applications for personal, non-commercial purposes while your account is active. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer our applications.
  • Resell, rent or sublicense the applications or your account.
  • Use the applications to develop competing products.
  • Bypass or attempt to bypass our sign-in, license verification, device binding or anti-fraud measures.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for unlawful purposes.
  • Submit malicious or excessive automated requests.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems.
  • Use our content (including question banks, lessons, and engines) outside the application.

7. Content ownership

All software, question banks, lessons, mathspeak engines, and trademarks are owned by Voxcess or its licensors. Practice data you generate (your progress, scores, bookmarks, notes) belongs to you. It is stored only on your own device, never on our servers; you can export it from within the app, and you are responsible for keeping a copy if you change or reset your device.

8. Disclaimers

Our applications are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that practicing with our applications will result in passing any government examination. We are not affiliated with SSC, RRB, IBPS, or any other examination authority.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voxcess is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms with reasonable notice (immediate for severe violations such as fraud or abuse). You may close your account at any time by emailing support@voxcess.com from the address on your account; we delete it and everything we hold about you within 30 days.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ranchi, India.

12. Changes to these Terms

We will post the updated effective date at the top of this page when we make material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
